Our good Sis talked about the importance of disrupting patterns that have been set for us through family or culture. She let us know we will be uncomfortable breaking a pattern, but also while discovering a new pattern we will be able to contain peace. In this episode, she extended Grace to those of us who don’t see ourselves the way God sees us. She said as long as we have a breath and our body is on this earth, we are expensive, and we should not put ourselves on a sale rack. As always Sis came through with a book that will help us to see how God’s Grace works behind the scenes in our life. The book is called “LOST AND FOUND” by Sarah Jakes Roberts.
