We need to help students embrace THE SUCK! The struggle is learning.

Too often I hear complaints from employers, teachers, and parents about young people not having the necessary 'soft' skills. These skills CANNOT be TAUGHT. They must be internalized through experiences.

Stay out of the way, let them struggle and then help them frame it when they're ready.
