I have been asked 'why' in a variety of ways so it's high time to answer.  Most educational institutions have no idea why they exist.  If they did, they'd act differently.

I encourage you to explore, write down, or record your 'Why' regardless of your industry.  Chances are you've already done this thanks to the wildly successful (rightfully so) Simon Sinek video.  If not, do it now.
