In this episode, the host and guest, Judge Jessica D’Varga talk about “Disrupting the Cycle of Incarceration” and the program (Unleashing Potential) pioneered by Judge D’Varga to prevent incarceration, reduce recidivism and assist young adults entangled within the criminal justice to transform their lives.

D’Varga is the Vice Chair of the Franklin County Criminal Justice Planning Board and will be presiding over the Franklin County Municipal Court’s Recovery Court docket in 2022. She has also launched a diversion docket for emerging adults between the ages of 18-25 called Unleashing Potential (“UP”).
