Dissentient Judgment Of Justice Pal Tokyo Trial 2
The first time I read Justice Pal's dissenting judgment at the Tokyo trial was in the library of Tokyo University's Institute of Social Sciences, on June 21, 1974. It was not in book form but a typewritten copy of over 1, 200 pages, with the signature of Richard Harris, one of the thirty-odd American lawyers who had come to Tokyo in defense of the accused Japanese.
