What if - when we dive really deep within ourselves - we begin to realize that the one thing we unconsciously try to escape and dissociate from, again and again, is the present moment itself? In this episode we explore our deeply ingrained responses to trauma, pain and misfortune, our tendency to go elsewhere in our minds or even in meditation and thereby remove ourselves from the many beautiful elements that make us human. Emotions, experiences, people and nature itself, all of which that can be found in the here and now.
