Brand values are the attributes and ideals that shape your behaviour within the market place. They are the core beliefs and philosophies that guide your business and team. And just like your brand, they always exist, it is just a matter of how intentional you are about them.

Your values, what you deem important can be easily gleaned from how you do business. Are you punctual, do you treat your customers with care, or are you aloof. Your values, implicit or explicit will show up in your behaviour.
