Greetings saints, in this episode we will start to conclude some of the points we raised earlier about a 'woman's' position in the house, local church, and in relation to being in one spirit in the Lord as her male counterparts are. We start off by a reminder of how God created the quantities of woman in man, in Adam, and that the distinction of separation was for fellowship of two souls and unification in one flesh that was supposed to be in one spirit before the fall. We are then encouraged by how in Christ there is neither male nor female, servant or free we are all one in spirit, however, as per the order of the conditions of this world it is still fitting and in line with Old Testament tradition for males to take the lead in baptisms, and other church based ordinances. That is not to say that women have no function in the church, as the apostle Paul does designate the same instructions to deacons and bishops also to women in relation to younger Christians. Does our local church rightly balance the freedom to serve Christ for females who are in one spirit in the Lord with the realities of the conditions of Biblical order for men to take the lead in church management?
