Tonight, we are drinking District 9 Brewing Company's Carnaval, a sour ale brewed with passion fruit and creme. Carnaval is ready to get the party started on a hot summer day; it's sour with notes of fruit, vanilla, and sugar. But someone isn't a huge fan of the level of sour, will that be a problem?
