Holy crap, moms - are you feeling like you need to do ALL the things? I get it. I just had a baby in June, and trying to balance my business with a newborn (plus my other kiddos) has been wild. 

And let's be honest - we're still expected to do everything moms did in the 60s and 70s, PLUS run a full-time business. Something's gotta give!

That's why I loved chatting with Valerie Recore about ditching this "do it all" mindset that's burning us out. Valerie is a productivity coach and a Certified Fair Play Method Facilitator. She helps moms gain control over their to-do lists, spend more time with their families, and end their days feeling accomplished.

• You don't have to balance everything perfectly every day (seriously, it's okay!)

Bottom line: This superwoman juggling act? Yeah, we're done with that.
