Try reading our epistle lesson and substituting the things that are most important to you where Paul talks about the things most important to him (pedigree, blamelessness, etc.) and see what you get. Ask yourself which one of those things on your list can give you life or raise you from the dead. Doing so will help you understand where Paul was going in his letter to the Philippians and where you are going. Then check out what Fr. Sang has to say and see what you think.
