Eli, Theo, and Olivia go to Paulina's to commemorate Juneteenth and Paulina and Abe's first wedding anniversary.  Chad helps Theo with his speech.  Eli surprises Julie and Doug.  Talia puts up flyers of missing Abe.  Abe and Whitley "renew" their wedding vows.  Leo confronts Megan about Dimitri seducing Gwen.  Stayla celebrate their reunion.  Alex and Brady get a deal with the guy who rejected the deal with Titan.  Maggie accuses Alex of botching the Titan deal on purpose.  Sarah is not happy that Bonnie blabbed to Justin about her pregnancy.  Bonnie and Justin feel awkward around Xander.  Belle and Brady commiserate about their lives.  Maggie offers Chad the number two job at Titan.  Chad thinks it over since he was fired there once before.  Eli shows up at the SPD to help with the investigation of Abe's kidnapping.  Belle and Talia want a plea deal from Melinda.  Melinda and Talia bond over being in bad relationships.  Chanel tells Paulina about Talia being manipulated by Colin.  Whitley pays an actor to pretend to be Theo.  The actor portraying the actor pretending to be Theo is Terrell Ransom, who used to portray Theo as a child.
