Li dies in front of Wendy at the hospital.  Chad is not happy to see Stephanie with Everett.  Gabi is arrested for Li's murder.  EJ is appointed the new DA.  Gabi is not granted bail and goes to Statesville.  "Days of our Lives" celebrates 58 year anniversary.  John and Marlena have their anniversary interrupted by Eric and Brady.  Maggie also has her anniversary with Victor.  Steve and Kayla catch on that Constantine is full of crap.  Xander and Sarah want to settle custody privately while their lawyers play dirty. Alex wants to bring back Bella magazine with Theresa running it.  EJ advises Chad to buy the Spectator and fire Everett.  Chad still has not caught on that EJ gives horrible advice.  Jada attempts to arrest Leo and Dimitri alone which ends with her being knocked out on the floor.  Nicole is told by Roman that Eric and Sloan got married.  Melinda tells a very excited Eric and Sloan that she found a baby boy to adopt.  Melinda tells Sloan privately that the baby already has adoptive parents lined up.  Nicole confronts Eric about his wedding happening on the same day as hers.  Eric tells her about the adoption.  Ericole will always have feelings for each other.  Nicole's car is hit by Dimitri and Leo.
