He describes how the aqualung, co-invented by his grandfather Jacques Cousteau, changed exploration of the water depths forever - allowing us to swim freely like fish - and that the oceans are not full of monsters and krakens, but hold endless wonders. Following the legacy of his grandfather, Philippe is also a conservationist and calls on us all to become stewards of this precious resource, engaging young people via his non-profit EarthEcho.
