In this podcast, we are joined by Dr. Raja Appuswamy, assistant professor at the Data Science department at EURECOM in southern France. He's currently working at the intersection of computer science and biology. We talk about some of the exciting projects being undertaken by Dr. Raja and his team; from OneOligo to OligoArchive and MoSS. Dr. Raja’s research interests include Hardware acceleration for data-intensive domains, Molecular information storage, Cold data management and Heterogeneous, parallel database engines.
