Ageism is prejudice and discrimination against individuals or groups on the basis of their age. The term was coined in 1969 by Robert Neil Butler to describe discrimination against seniors, and patterned on sexism and racism. Today we find there is ageism raged against younger adults too and as we live longer there are more "seasoned" adults being affected by this phenomenon than ever before.

In this episode the panelists will discuss ageism as it is yet another thing that separates us as human beings.
