Shadé has over 10 years of experience working with women and other systematically underrepresented groups. 

She recently restarted her career afresh in 2020 by moving to Canada and now provides Diversity, Equity & Inclusion solutions for businesses. In this capacity, she produces DEI programs targeting the workforce, workplace, community, and communications. 

Shadé has co-created and led training programs and workshops on Anti-Racism, Recruiting, Inclusive communication, Sexual & Gender diversity, Accommodations, and Accessibility.
