Diversity enables bringing people together with different backgrounds by creating a community. Creating diversity also can help others learn different perspectives, values, and beliefs. It�s not okay to target, humiliate, and harass a person through race, gender, and belief. Doing so can land you in legal trouble and may require you to compensate a victim. Therefore, it is important to treat others with respect. As Spectrum Buddies, we support and promote diversity. We as Spectrum Buddies have different backgrounds that demonstrate diversity.
