We agree that there are many in our society who are affected by their starting point in the society. We agree that these starting points are disproportionately minority represented. We sat down to discuss whether or not the movement associated with solving this problem is helping or hurting. We asked ourselves, are the conversations around diversity, equity, inclusion, and belief actually helping the very people that we are intending to help?
