Meaghan Ziemba speaks with Andrew Crowe, instructor of advanced manufacturing technology at Ranken Technical College, and one of his female students, Kayla Kruep. Mavens will be following Kayla's progress in the course as she learns CNC machining and create some amazing products.

Meaghan, Andrew, and Kayla will also be discussing the importance of diversity in manufacturing and what manufacturers can do to recruit younger generations of a diverse background to their companies.
