Diversity in Network Marketing. Are we making progress?
It's hard to believe that it's been 2 years to the day since the murder of George Floyd and the awakening in the United States of the business of race.
One of the conversations that bubbled up to the surfaces was that of the lack of diversity in Direct Sales companies.
It's something that has been brought up directly at conferences, in the LulaRich docuseries, and on many teams across the industry.
2 years ago I invited my friends to join me for an episode of RoxTalks to have a discussion about race. That episode became one of the most listened to episodes and generated lots of feedback from network marketers who appreciated the earnest conversation during an uncomfortable time.
Today we revisit diversity in the industry with a woman I have mad respect for, Maisha Dible. Maisha is not only the #1 African American Earner in her network marketing company, but she has also become a coach and consultant for network marketing team leaders that desire to grow a healthy diverse team.
In this episode, we discuss how far we have come as an industry, where we are going, and how to build a team that is diverse and thriving!
