In our modern culture, we often see ourselves as the bastion of diversity and inclusion.  Because of this, we assume that all who came before us failed to be diverse.  What we learn from a surface-level reading of the New Testament letters is how intentionally diverse and inclusive the Body of Christ truly was.  But how was this obtained, and what is the purpose behind it?
