Diversity helps to explain what makes each individual unique including personality, life experiences and skills. To discuss one of the most controversial topics in our society, we team up with Thomas Sasso, an Assistant Professor at the University of Guelph. He will be highlighting the importance of creating inclusive social environments and workplaces allowing for all members of a community to engage cohesively.
