Dennis Price is a Special Operator, humanitarian, and faith-driven leader who has dedicated his life to rescuing the oppressed, providing humanitarian and medical aid, and sharing the Gospel worldwide. As the Founder & CEO of Heroes For Humanity, Dennis leads a team of veteran special operators, first responders, medical professionals, and evangelists in high-risk, high-impact missions—from rescuing trafficked children and evacuating refugees to disaster relief and medical outreach.

With a background as a Special Operator, Dennis has operated in some of the world’s most dangerous environments. Now, he applies his expertise to serve, protect, and uplift those in desperate need—all in the name of Jesus Christ.

1.Love Without Attachment:
Jesus demonstrated love for everyone, including those who misunderstood, rejected, or even betrayed Him. True love is not about controlling or clinging to others but wishing the best for them, even from a distance.
2.Recognize Your Purpose:
Jesus prioritized His mission and didn’t stay in places or with people who tried to deter Him. Similarly, know your purpose and remain focused, even if it means leaving situations or relationships that aren’t aligned with it.
3.Set Healthy Boundaries:
Loving unconditionally doesn’t mean tolerating harmful behavior or compromising your values. Walking away can sometimes be the most loving act—for yourself and for others.

4.Trust in God’s Plan:
Jesus trusted that God’s plan was bigger than the moment. When walking away, trust that your decision aligns with a greater purpose, even if it’s unclear at the time.

5.Leave the Door Open for Reconciliation:
Jesus didn’t harbor resentment or burn bridges. Walking away doesn’t mean severing all ties—it can be a step toward healing and growth for both parties.

Forgiveness and forgetting are often linked, but they are distinct steps in the journey toward unconditional love. Together, they contribute to a deeper expression of Christlike love that goes beyond human limitations.

Forgiveness: The Foundation of Love

   Forgiveness is central to unconditional love. Jesus teaches us in Matthew 6:14-15 that we must forgive others as God forgives us. Holding onto resentment blocks the flow of love and grace in our hearts.

   •   Releasing the Burden: Forgiveness is not condoning the offense but releasing the emotional weight and letting go of the desire for revenge. It’s an act of grace that frees both the forgiver and the forgiven.

   •   A Reflection of God’s Love: God’s forgiveness of our sins sets the ultimate example. Ephesians 4:32 says, “Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.” When we forgive, we mirror God’s love to others.

Forgetting: The Renewal of Love

   •   Not Erasing Memory, But Healing It: Forgetting doesn’t mean losing all memory of the hurt. Instead, it’s choosing not to dwell on it or let it define your relationship. It’s about healing and moving forward with grace.

   •   Breaking the Cycle: Forgetting in this sense means not bringing up past wrongs repeatedly, which 1 Corinthians 13:5 describes as a key characteristic of love: “Love keeps no record of wrongs.”

   •   Freedom to Love Fully: Forgetting enables us to rebuild trust and embrace the other person without letting past offenses cloud future interactions.

Unconditional Love Requires Both

   •   Forgive to Let Go of Hurt: Without forgiveness, love becomes conditional, tied to past grievances. Forgiveness removes the barriers that keep us from loving freely.

   •   Forget to Move Forward: Forgetting—choosing not to let past offenses control our actions—allows love to grow without being shackled by resentment or fear.

"I'll never forget the lessons I learned during my journey to heaven and back. One of the most profound revelations was the significance of choices.

Many have asked me, 'Why did you choose to return to this dark world, filled with pain and sorrow, when heaven is so beautiful and peaceful?'

My answer is simple yet profound: *choice*.

You see, heaven is indeed a realm of breathtaking beauty and peace. But I realized that my purpose was not yet fulfilled here on earth. I had a choice to make: remain in heaven's bliss or return to earth's challenges.

I chose to return, not in spite of the darkness, but because of the hope that still resides within me. Hope that I can make a difference, hope that I can share the love and light of heaven with a world that desperately needs it.
