Men are hurting and have been hurting for thousands of years...from the inside. Why? Repressed emotions and denied feelings leave men suffering in silence because of this toxic pre-conditioning that society place on them. From the time a male is born into this world, he has been taught and indoctrinated that strength comes from being silent and not showing emotions of anger, sadness, despair, and frustration. This contributes greatly to the stunted emotional growth or more appropriately, lack of emotional maturity. This permeates into every aspect of his life and in the areas of relationships, it is not just the man that suffers. Everyone around him is affected as well. This inability to express his feelings leads to a lot of internal turmoil.
In this episode, Mike discusses and shares his experiences of deep emotional healing through Radhaa's healing modality, The Goddess Activations, and how this liberated and transformed him. Men and Women need not be on opposite ends of the spectrum. By learning how to speak their truth and claiming their sovereignty, both men and women can grow and evolve together.
