Join Nicole Swannack as together we spend the first part of 2026 reading through the Old Testament, as retold by Amy Steedman in her 1920 book, Read-Aloud Book of Bible Stories. We will hear about how God has worked through shepherds, kings, queens, and prophets, and discuss how these stories, that are thousands of years old, still relate to us today! Get ready to learn and grow in your faith in 2026! 

Kids!  Your challenge for this week is:  Ruth was loyal to and unwavering in her love for Naomi. Ruth shows us how to be loyal in our relationships with our family, friends, and God. To practice loyalty in our own friendships, pick one chore or nice thing that you could do for a friend or family member and commit to doing this act of love at least three times.
