Can you imagine an individual so diverse that she is both a renowned poet and a trusted  advisor to CEO’s of some of the world’s most successful companies?  Meet Libby Wagner – my beloved guest on this month’s episode of Find Your Fire.

 

Libby Wagner is a poet, teacher, writer, and speaker who works with organizations large and small, and leaders across the globe, to bring beautiful cultures to work. Libby’s work has shaped many organizational cultures, including Diageo, Philips, Boeing, ST Microelectronics, Oak Ridge National Science Lab and numerous others. She is one of the only poets actively working in organizations and she inspires others to access and express their leadership artistry, even when they might not normally describe themselves as creative or innovative.

 

Her ability to use language to encompass inspiration and ideas that surpass our existing categories and cultures is a magnificent gift to the world that has had a profound impact on me, and all those whom she serves.
