It's healthy to normalize the roller coaster of emotions. I think the key is to feel ALL of it. I don’t want to take this test anymore. So, I need to make sure I’m studying and getting ALL of the lessons out of this class. If I self-medicate, avoid or deny what I feel, I’m not only missing out on the wisdom and power buried within this situation, (which increases the likelihood of me having to repeat this test) but I’m also missing the the entire point of this divorce— to is to grow, liberate myself and FLYYYYYY!
