DJ Dolly Llama

Perhaps one of my favourite sets ever - played for a packed crowd full of open-hearted party animals :)   Please SHARE if you enjoy it, like, comment, or just have a boogie in your boxers.

Something old, something new - that was the thinking behind this set as we ushered in 2022 at everyone's favourite rooftop kick-ons party: Morning Glory at Home Nightclub in Sydney.

The best thing about good House music is that it doesn't age - it sounds as fresh today as it did decades ago. This set combines some new 2021 faves with songs I was listening to as far back as the 80s(!): Opening track "It's Like That" by Run DMC and Jason Nevins is as much of a banger today as it was in 1984. And stick around for my #1 song of 2021, "Gemstone" towards the end.

Thanks for having me back Morning Glory fam - you sexy silly party animals you. ;)

My Llamettes: Let me know your thoughts below!  Peace and hugs - Dolly

I love playing this event each year - especially seeing so many kids and young LGBTIQ+ people in the audience (so I kept the music pretty commercial and family friendly: ie: no WAP!). Big thanks to Harry K and Brisbane Pride for having me - it was a gorgeous day of dancing in the park that was sorely needed by the end of 2020. www.brisbanepride.org.au

I was blessed to spend my 20s in NYC clubbing with Junior Vasquez, Victor Calderone and Peter Rauhofer (RIP legend) on the decks every weekend. ROXY, Limelight, Earth... parties with the sexiest shirtless men NYC had to offer. This mixset blends circuit with big room and more heavy hitting house remixes of some of your favourite songs - please enjoy and share it! Xo Dolly

It's hard to make the perfect pop song more poppy so I've mashed it up with the very twisted "This Ain't Techno" by David Guetta and Tom Staar to deliver some real 3am dance floor head f*ckery.
