• Since being arrested for a Ponzi-like investment fraud scheme, Cesar Humberto Pina, a New Jersey real estate investor and influencer, has broken his silence.

 

•  Pina allegedly defrauded dozens of people of millions of dollars by exploiting his celebrity status and social media.

 

• He promised returns too good to be accurate and engaged in a Ponzi-like scheme by commingling victim money.

 

•  Pina was charged with one count of wire fraud and could face up to 20 years in prison and a fine of $250,000.
