DJ HMC RADIO SHOW

Before superclubs. Before festivals. There was Alpha — and Alpha owned Monday nights.

From 1991 to around '95, the Lincoln Wine Bar became Huddersfield's best-kept secret. While everyone else was dreading the start of the week, the faithful were getting ready to go ABSOLUTELY OFF.

And on this night in '93, DJ HMC stepped up and delivered pure, relentless, hypnotic dance music. No phones. No photos. Just a wall of bass and a crowd lost in the moment.

This is the sound of a scene at its peak. A weekly ritual that can never be recreated.

Mondays were never the same again
