DJ Nasty P shares with us his various learnings along his evolution from skateboarder to DJ and all the way through to song writer. The Glasgow based music producer fell in love with Hip-Hop through the soundtracks to skating videos that inspired him. Over the years he’s transitioned from a DJ scratching on vinyl, to a producer who has used MPC to chip samples, and is now showcasing an ever-dynamic sound palette by collaborating with a singer songwriter as well as classic Hip-Hop artists like Ed O.G. and Akil from Jurassic 5. 

This week’s show really highlights that you don’t know what the future will hold for you as a music creator! Nasty P. has evolved so much over time and his persistent work along with luck has landed him many opportunities like opening for Jay-Z and Beyonce and pulling together incredible music videos with legends.
