“Summer on the Lips” is an Afro-tech and Gqom mix by Dj Roomy, showcasing South African electronic musical heritage. Roomy is a South African Artist, poet and DJ based in Vienna.
This set is titled „Summer on the lips,“ its a sonic metaphor for ritual, renewal and celebration of change experienced through the flow of seasons on both our planet, and our own personal, political and spiritual life. The mix combines the sounds of Afro tech and Gqom, following a cyclic theme of ebb and flow, coming, going and return. “Summer on the lips” is an ode to the end of a glorious summer, and a celebration of the Autum Solstice.
