WutUpDoe? Just wanted to reminisce a lil bit of what I used to spin for Happy Hours from 6 pm until it was time to charge a cover for whatever club I was spinning back in the day, and I needed this type of music in my ride to vibe to when going outta town. My job back then was to keep folk at the bar, heads noddin' and a lil dancing in between. All I can say is the Bar Staff loved me. I hope you dig the vibes, and no worries, I"ll be releasing at least 5 more during the Summer til Fall. Let me know what you think in the comments, and if you'd like to hear me personally wherever you're located, just send me an email at [email protected], and let's work it out. Peace! The artists: Camp Lo ft Faith Evans; SWV ft Missy Elliot; Monica; Nicole ft Timbaland & Missy Elliot; Young Buck; Snoop Dogg & Raphael Saadiq; Aaliyah; Mary J Blige ft Lil Kim; Brandy ft Queen Latifah, Yo-Yo & MC Lyte; Usher ft. WutUpDoe? Back in the day when I dj'd at a club in a strip mall on the Eastside named The Lobby, on Saturday afternoons, we'd have jazz by an artist named Bobby Floyd and his Trio. My responsibility once I arrived around 6 pm was to keep the audience from leaving until around 9:30 pm or so until the regular crowd would come through to party with us, thus this lil mix. Shout out to my folk in Flint, Detroit, and Grand Rapids, Michigan who loved to hand dance to music like this!I like taking chances, so I always wanted to mix Mac Miller with T.S. Monk to hear in my ride, but I hope you all enjoy what you hear.  Made a slight mistake in my transition in the middle of this mix while answering the phone, but I make up for it. Trust me. If you know of a venue you'd like to hear me play live in Bi-Weekly or whatever, feel free to share and I hope this sounds good on all your favorite devices. I can't wait to get in the car with this one. Peace. The Artists in order:Lorenzo Owens, Michael Jackson, Kook & The Gang, The Crusaders ft Randy Crawford, Koffee Brown, Stevie Wonder, Anderson.Paak ft. Brandy, Mac Miller ft. Anderson .Paak; T.S. Monk, William DeVaughn, The Spinners, Alicia Myers, The S.O.S. Band, KC & The Sunshine Band, and Teena Marie!

I love Twitter and sometimes out of the blue, someone asks for a mix, so why not. I love musical challenges. Just trying to prove to myself that I could be an opener which is what I would prefer in this genre, so I can dance the rest of the day/night away. This is also my perfect example of mixing in key before there were even programs designed for DJs. I don't know how I do it, it just happens from time to time. This mix ain't for everybody, but I can't wait to drive my car to this soundtrack late at night. Peace.  The Artists in order: Yukihiro Fukutomi; Gabriele Poso; Rafael Drager, Elias Kazais; Jazzanova; Klaus, Enoo Napa; Robbie Akbal, Ay Sarita, Zakir; Barbatuques, Pablo Fierro; Thee Suka, Drumetic Boyz; Osunlade
