Jon Williams writes:
Kitchen Synch was the name of the tape/session. It was me on one side, Phil on the other. We had played a party in NorCal - Point Reyes or Mendocino, somewhere like that. Then went back to somebody's place for an after party. They had decks in the kitchen so we played a few records. Definitely casual, low key. Well, next thing we know, the person who's house it was had recorded it and started selling the tape! Shady.
