Andrew and Josh sit down to figure out the fastest character they can, no magic items or homebrew though.  That'd be cheating.  First up is a Wood Elf Barbassin using only the Player's Handbook specializing in surprise. Second is a Tabaxi Scoutbarian who uses movement tricks and a little magic to speed things up.
