AUṂ

Auṃ creates the most complete manifestation of the Sanskrit vowels. It takes the primal "A" sound and expands it to the fullest extent with the open "U" sound. "Oṃ" and "auṃ" are similar. Auṃ is an extention of the oṃ, by giving it more potentiality and energy. It is said to relate to the Adi Purusha or the prime cosmic masculine energy, having a power to fill, pervade, and transcend.
