Health tips by Dr. Rushikesh Trivedi: 1.Meditation and yoga Yoga’s incorporation of meditation and breathing can help improve a person’s mental well-being. “Regular yoga practice creates mental clarity and calmness; increases body awareness; relieves chronic stress patterns; relaxes the mind; centers attention, and sharpens concentration 2.Drink Water Drinking warm water has its own benefits, one being it is a great immunity booster for your health and fulfills all the needs to beat the harshness of changing seasons, and helps you to stay fit. 75% of our body is made up of fluids and for optimal functioning, it needs an optimal balance of electrolytes, which is obtained by water. 3.Nutritious food Proper nutrition and hydration are vital. People who eat a well-balanced diet tend to be healthier with stronger immune systems and a lower risk of chronic illnesses and infectious diseases. So you should eat a variety of fresh and unprocessed foods every day to get the vitamins, minerals, dietary fibre, protein, and antioxidants your body needs 4.Personal Hygiene One of the best ways to maintain good overall health and wellness is to maintain proper personal hygiene. Personal hygiene helps you to stay clean, giving you a boost in confidence and positively impacting personal relationships, as well as reduce the risk for disease and negative medical conditions that stem from bad hygiene. 5.Strong immunity The immune system plays an important role in protecting the body from harmful substances like bacteria, viruses, and germs that causes illness.
