When we hear “D.N.D.”, we refer it to Do Not Disturb. This time, however, it’s a different meaning behind it. The last 2 months have been something of a journey, but what path of growth doesn’t have the ups and downs? This is one of them. I hope you all understand.

P.S. - this episode isn’t just for me. It’s for those who may be in this season as well. Whatever the healthy vice is to help you grow, stick to that and remain patient with yourself. Nothing’s too personal in this episode, but just know that I’ll always do my best to respect the space, the people and keep it as honest as possible.
