Season 8 - Episode 137 - Do As I Say, Not As I Do + Lots of Airline (Alliance) Talk

In a text chat with the infamous VegasDuffy, Michael came up with the title of this episode, and Jenn goes on to give us examples of ‘do as I say, not as I do’ from her gambling and travel experiences.

Michael and Jenn then explain the importance of limiting your alcohol intake while gambling, how to sequence the way you eat, drink, and gamble correctly, and a quick look at the types of alcohol served on the various airlines and in their lounges.

The second half of our conversation comes from a phone call that Michael received where he had to listen to a rant about expiring Virgin Atlantic vouchers. Our hosts then discuss what to be wary of when it comes to expiring vouchers and comps, why you should always use your comps instead of hoarding them, and some examples of when and how to use them.
