My dream for ministry was to help students embrace and pursue Christ for a lifetime. 20 years later after working in all aspects of student ministries that dream is still the same, only it is now more focused on mentoring and coaching the brave and courageous souls of young men, youth pastors, youth leaders, volunteers and parents.
