Is it because Black people were taught to go against each other, and to respect and obey White Over seers and Master's during slavery? So therefore, has it been ingrained in most black people's head not to go against them?

Do we tend to take black management, more so  as a "joke." and don't expect them to follow company policy?

Regardless, to nationality; all management deserves proper respect and vice versa?

But why do (some) black people respect non- black management more. And white employee's are more able to accept directions  from management that resemble them?
