Too often black women are talked about in a negative connotation by the very men who are supposed to be their protectors. Leadership stems from strong men and strong men understand the inner workings of women. Some of today’s expectations that men desire from women may never be; however, we the men must think in terms of longevity. How do we help our women become softer, trusting of the black man and feel protected?
