In this episode, I briefly share how it felt to finally take this big step, and then I talk about how I ran with a career choice not knowing if I actually wanted to do it, how that uncertainty affected me, what I wish I had done before actually making the decision AND the joy that came with me finally knowing what I wanted to do.
