I reached out a while back when I was having issues with my friends after working together, I moved up and they started teaching me differently. We did figure out our relationship, but now I am in the position and I need advice on what to do now that my pay isn't reflecting the extra work that I am doing. I am nervous to bring it up because I don't want to ruffle my boss's feathers and possible loss my job. I am hoping you can give me some advice on what to do.
