Studies suggest that Millennials are leaving the churches they grew up in or leaving the Christian faith, in waves. This isn't a disease but rather a symptom  of a collection of issues that "the church" has been ignoring. Honestly Speaking, we were once a part of the exodus and can relate to the struggle.
