Parenting, self-improvement, some fitness tips and advice from a modern-day wild man. Give it a little listen, you might like it, you might not--but I promise it's good stuff!  Our kids are the future, but we need to get back to the old school ways of raising them.  A student of life, always on the hunt to improve myself mentally and physically, let me share some of my successes and failures. Being a SOF Veteran and Government Consultant for the past 20 years has given me some pretty decent insight on just life in general, and what it's like trying to transition into "normal" life, and why it's worth it in the long run.
