I would recommend that if you want to do something- just take the first step. Don’t sit around thinking about it for days or weeks on end, because you’ll just talk yourself out of it. Don’t worry about the beginnings. Do yourself a favor and just do it–now, not tomorrow. you’ll see much faster results! :)
