Today we reflect on the gospel of Matthew 2:13-18. Joseph is told in a dream to take Mary and Jesus to Egypt in order to escape Herod’s wrath. Sometimes we grow weary or impatient when the trials of life keep beating us down. But do not grow weary enough to lose faith, because God has a plan and a purpose for everything.
