This episode is an invitation to start investing our energy in ourselves and our healing. We need to stop looking at other people’s lives. We need to stop projecting our pain onto others. Looking at other does not actively help our growth, by diminishing their light we cannot shine brighter. We need to uplift ourselves and others. 

Let’s stop tearing others down in our minds. We are not going to achieve anything positive; it is poisonous to think about others and judge them constantly.

Just food for thought.
